On August 26th Jennifer Pickett will be speaking to our club. Jennifer Pickett is a Dietitian turned Functional Wellness Coach. She helps spiraling moms overcome the overwhelm through Functional Wellness coaching for the body, mind and soul so they can transform their health and live a deeply fulfilled life of freedom and harmony. She believes that to make the shift from “knowing” to “doing” you must apply mindfulness, address what is driving the behavior, be intentional and practice self compassion.

Healthy Harmony is a virtual, health coaching practice that offers one-on-one coaching, group coaching, classes, podcasts, and speaking engagements. Healthy Harmony inspires a holistic, whole-self approach promoting harmony among physical, mental/emotional and spiritual health. Jennifer uses a strengths based approach along with positive psychology as she guides her clients to identify the obstacles that are holding them back and provides a personalized framework of realistic, healthy habits to support simple, sensible and sustainable behavioral change.

Last week's actions
Last week we heard from our District Governor, Max Duplant. We learned about the vision for Rotary for this year and the District Strategic Plan for 2021 to 2022. Max urged us to consider attending the International Convention which will be held in Houston.
